Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn harness back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
